It wouldn't hurt to disconnect the positive terminal from the battery.
That way if anyone breaks in to steal it, it won't start for them.
Generally speaking theives don't troubleshoot the car they're trying to boost.

you dont need to do anything but make sure it is safe,cars get parked for extended periods like that all the time with no ill effects

well if it won't be safe I would take out the iac motor..put clean oil in it before you go and let someone start it up once every 4 days

leave it in the middle of a ghetto area with an opposing gangs tag painted on it. it should be fine when you get back.
