Please learn to spell "participate." After that, allow girls to participate in football, then you can complain about not participating in softball (and field hockey!) Ok?

This is cute....back when dinosaurs walked, when I was in 7th grade, I was one of the girls that went out for boys baseball which caused them to create girls softball in our school system. The boys already have baseball, so there's no need for them to play softball. The only time I've seen where the girls are allowed to play a "boy" sport is when there isn't the same sport for girls.

C'mon. Boys don't really want to participate in soft ball as a REAL sport because it's not considered a REAL sport! What boy would be caught playijng SOFTBALL when his friends are playing hard ball:? Softball is reallly considered a picnic game like horse-shoes and badmitton.......unfortunately. Softfall is a great game but, hey, that's the way it is. Maybe softball is for REAL men.???

I think only females can physically pertisapte. Has to do with hormones or something.
And girls are allowed to participate in baseball at the collegiate level due to Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972 to the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

They can if they want to. If you want to play softball and they're not letting you, threaten to sue. If girls can play football and men can be cheerleaders, then you certainly can play softball without your manhood being threatened. Do not let gender stereotypes stand in the way of what you want to do. Gender Equality means equal rights for BOTH sexes.
