do a romantic surprise dinner w/ her
or just a casual party with close friends--if wedding plans or hectic i recommend this one

Does he know her well???? IT's his fiancee that he is marrying and he doesn't know what to get? That seems odd to me...
I guess he could buy her a facial or a massage at a spa.... but he should find out what she likes (uhm, especially if he is marrying her) and get her something that's appropriate for what she's into such as Dance, or reading, or shopping or tennis....

With one day to go, a party would probably not work, He should take her out to a nice restaurant, bring her flowers and a meaningful gift. He knows her and her tastes and his budget. A beautiful xmas ornanment would be nice and it could be the start of a tradition.

roses, gold , tell her how much he loves her, can't live without her ,tell her how beautiful she is , and make long, sweet , hot,love to her( 4 hours over and over and over again)

Let him change any thing in her room. i mean furniture, new towels, new pieces in her wardrobe, cosmetic set in her bathroom..etc.
