You can buy NFL tickets from lots of places, that were available before the internet came around. There are the Box Offices to the event. There are tickets for sale via the newspaper want ads. Etc.

There are probably about 30,000 season ticket holders in Phoenix who would be thrilled to sell you a ticket to any home game you want right now. On the other hand, if you put your name on the waiting list for Packers tickets during the Ford Administration, they might be getting to you now. You did not indicate where you want to buy tickets. Even though you aren't a fan of buying tickets over the internet, I have been very satisfied with stubhub. http://www.stubhub.com

Local ticket brokers ALL put advertisements in the classified sections of the local paper. In addition, all quality brokers have yellow page ads locally.
