Just erasing on the surf bar won't do it. You'll still have cookies and temp files. You need to go to Control Panel and click security. Then click Internet connection in the bottom right hand corner. A window will come up and you need to click General at the top. Then click delete all cookies and history and verify. I think it's the 3rd choice in the window. OK you're done. It's easier than it sounds and takes care of it all. Hope it helps and next time stay off of the sites if you shouldn't be on them!:)

Just clear out the history by navigating to Tools->Internet Options->Clear History.

A few options:

Click on 'tools' menu at the top of the Explorer, click 'Internet options' sub menu, click 'delete files' on the window that appears. Also click 'delete history' or anything that u wish to erase.
OR
Click the history icon (looks like a clock) and once the side bar opens, you can start deleting all that you don't need.
