Madison, Wi. It is always at the top of the best party schools lists or the excessive binge drinking ones. There are so many house partys all year long. Then in the Spring they have the Miflin block party which is essentially an entire block of house parties for an entire weekend.

As long as you are not looking for the biggest college, Kalamazoo,Mi may be a decent bet. You can find a party every weekend, if you know where to look. Statistically there are more alcohol related arrest here than all but maybe 2 major college cities if you look at that as evidence.

Yeah, Madison is ranked #1 for partying; Tempe/ASU is ranked #3 I believe.

Knoxville, Tennessee baby! You can even walk up to the campus dorms and go to partys. You can also go to clubs on the cumberland strip that are part of campus
