Unless you're considering a top of the line Lexus LS or Mercedes S Class....Mercedes is the OBVIOUS answer to all of the above criteria. The Lexus drives nicely, but let's face it... it's a Toyota with leather and good sound dampening.

Mercedes is definitely better than Lexus in all of these factors less the price. Good things does does not comes cheap. But Lexus is definitely the best among all the Japanese makes. Depends on your budget.

man, I would get a lexus because of dependability, and mercedes is just for show, and it's expensive to repair the cars, they also have electrical problems that seem to take up countless time and dollars to repair
