Sounds like really early labour. My first pregnancy: contractions started on thursday, didn't go to hospital until sunday, where they gave me a rough internal to lose the plug, then my dr broke my water, my son was born 3am on monday.
If you are nervous, have your doctor examine you. Just to be sure, I would only shower, and not bathe or swim, to prevent any infection IF some of the plug has come free.
Good luck with this, and congrats on the new bebe!

You could be in labor and this could go on for a few more days just to torture you even more! That's what happened to me! Try drinking 2 huge glasses of water and laying down, if the contractions go away then it is false labor. If you want to hurry things along, start walking, have sex and rock in a rocking chair. Good luck!

It could be just braxton hicks which means you wouldn't be in labor how many weeks are you? i would still call your dr. because it could be,every woman is diffrent .. they might even want to put you on bedrest to make them stop good luck :)
