Most veggies are easy to draw. A carrot is a long skinny triangle with a little crown. A potato is a lumpy oval. Just look at a vegetable and reduce it to its basic shape(s).

Most vegetables are easy to draw. Start with peas and beans and eggplants and work your way up to turnips and carrots and onions. Leave cauliflower for the experts.

Smooth skinned vegetables are all relatively easy to draw and shade, zucchini, rutabaga, carrots, peas. Your teacher would probably prefer you use a variety of texture, lettuces and leafys are great for that, albeit more difficult to draw. My personal favorites are onions I love drawing the smooth texture and including the papery skins piled nearby for added context.

You can draw a carrot, a cabbage, a head of garlic is always
interesting and often a first project. Tomatoes.
It depends if you want really easy or just somewhat easy.If you
can use shadow and more than one color try an eggplant.

Eggplants, tomatoes (which are technically fruit, but most people consider veggies), carrots, peppers, all have basic form and should be fairly easy to draw.

an onion - just draw a circle that looks like you're stretching the ends of it, draw some lines on it, and then just put some sprout on the top - you got yourself an onion

Hmm...I'd say, An Apple, Bannana, Orange, Pear, watermelon, grapes arent really that hard to draw...Maybe a strawberry or lemon? It's tough to think what might be easy to draw on your drawing level, But considering your trying to find some easy ones, I'd say your drawings are decent So, Maybe search google for a basket of fruit maybe you'll get some idea's there. Hope My advice helped!

Squash. It's like an elongated pumpkin. Also, cucumbers and tomatoes (technically a fruit).
