For me, it's a tie between being too full or not being able to poop...
I'm feeling one of them right now... very uncomfortable!

Well, I don't know about the most, but I do know that one of the most uncomfortable feelings in the world is having a tracheostomy tube in your throat - I had one for almost 3 years before I lost enough weight to get it out and get my throat sewn back shut.
I had sleep apnea, and it was either get a hole cut in my throat with a six inch plastic tube put into it, or die in my sleep because I could not breathe in my sleep due to sleep apnea.

Blisters or mosquito bite between toes...
Having to hold a fart inside for fear of blowing your cover.
Paper cuts in your index finger...yeah, the one you use the most on the computer
Sitting when you have hemorrhoids
Your father in law is your gynecologist and you have a check up.
More come to mind but imagining the whole thing is making me uncomfortable.

For me it is knowing I have a meeting, and not being able to start a new project and having to sit and wait and think about it, then I get nervous and feel like I want to throw up or run like h*ll.

for me it is when I am in a place that is crowded with people and I have really bad gas and I cant let it out but I know if I move its over with. Now thats VERY uncomfortable!

The feeling that everyone is watching me and judging me and know that I'm not good enough. I have issues, huh? Luckily I don't have this feeling all the time!
