I think so. In my state you can shoot her if you find her in flagrante delicto. So she should be happy with your simply stripping her of her citizenship and shipping her off to Trinidad.

In relation to chang's answer cheating is against the law you wanker. If you are married in a catholic church it is against God and yes give her place to italian mob boss make things a bit interesting deport her and the gardner give the second place to head of another 'family' so all war can brake loose between the two families.

If the gardener is a foreign national, I don't see why not. Why should he get to milk the cow and not have to suffer the same way you have for all these years? Do you think that your wife can survive on gruel made from corn that she's ground between two stones?

The french cannot study computer science in this country. They think C++ and all other computer languages are crude and they try to program in french, which of course does not work.

Just one more reason they are behind us in every catagory except wine making.

What kind of sick question is this? Cheating is not against the law anywhere. Divorce her and if she bugs the hell out of you slap a restraining order on her. The settlement should be easy for you since she cheated.
