Sinner or a non-sinner is a relative term. Similarly being a saint and a non-saint is also a relative term.
Let me elaborate on this. If I tell one lie, you may call me a sinner whereas I won't consider a person to be sinner for a single lie. At the same time if it is a serious lie, then I may also join you calling the other person a sinner. So it is a relative term.
I am vegan, my wife calls me a saint whereas in my opinion only people like cardinal pope is a saint. Here again sainthood is a relative term.
If you ask your question on any specific level or scale, then I will be able to tell whether I am a sinner or a saint according to your spec.

I think of myself as a sinner, but many people call me a saint. It irritates me, but doesn't make me angry - I'd like to think that I could be a saint, even though I know I am not. Being a saint means being the best you can be - all I can do is try to be the best I can be, and just like everyone else out there, I don't always succeed.....
