Your body temperature is usually highest in the evening. It can be raised by physical activity, strong emotion, eating, heavy clothing, medications, high room temperature, and high humidity.

A quick reduction/increase in core temperature for either; that is why we drink them cold or hot. Just as quickly equalized, also.

probably no change unless you chugged the whole gallon, and even then the body would quickly heat itself back to normal
