If u have high speed internet and then u connect a phone line into the computer what would happen

Actually nothing would happen if you have set your default preferences properly.

I have 512Kbps DSL internet and use a phone line connected to my modem for faxing and sometimes for transferring sensitive data to my office. It's damn slow but its is the most secure way.

Nothing, necessarily, though you can force software to try to use the modem instead of the network interface.
