Right now , nov 13 2006, best ODI bowler is S Pollock of S Africa, as per ICC rating.
But if you look for best alltime bowler then i should mention W Akram ( Pak) 502 wicket, M Murali ( Srilanmka) 425 w, W Younis ( Pak) 416 W.
