Kissing and holding hands is very much OK, and at your age is usually more than enough! However, if it goes beyond this, you are asking for more TROUBLE than you want to ever have! Too many 13-year-olds "experiment" at this age, only to pay the very high cost of pregnancy later (even if they do use contraceptives). Plus, believe it or not--many don't, by the way--any boy having sex with a 13-year old girl can face serious legal troubles, also (the charge is Statutory Rape). So, before the hormones take totally over on you (and/or him), stop and back up and think, "Do I really want the risks here and now?". I believe the answer will be "NO". Good luck!

No it is not wrong for a teenager to kiss. You are a teenager and teenagers are going to want to do those things. If you want to do that, then go ahead. No one should ever stop you from doing what you want. Just as long as you stay within the boundaries. Ask your parents this. Would you prefer your daughter to make out or resort to giving blo*jobs? Which?

It would depend on what "making out" means to you. If you two are kissing and holding hands, I feel that's great. If you are rounding second base on your way to third, then yes, it's wrong for a 13 yr old to do.

Im a father of 2 girls 12,14yrs, you should be thinking about school now, boys later! Teenagers make terrible choices sometimes without completely thinking them through! Your parents care about you! They really do know whats best,we have made the mistakes! We dont want our kids to make them too!!!!!!

Makin out get out of hand easy.
the hormones are raging
Of course it feel good but those poor boys get tunnel vision and at 13 it's too early.
You have a life time ahead of you . Don't rush things and complicate you life any more them it already is.
Save your loven for the one you'll marry, you'll NEVER regret it.

its because they only want what is best for you at your age. i know that it sounds like as if they are giving you boundaries as to what you can do and what you cant do... but then always remember that there are somethings that your parents already went through (or saw) and that they dont want you to go through to what or to where they have been.
also reflect on this (a Filipino Saying): "Hindi lahat ng kaya mong gawin ay dapat mong gawin." meaning "Not everything you can do you should do." because not everything you can do is always good for you and doing something just to prove that you can do it is foolishness. I hope this have helped.

I can certainly understand why your parents don't want you to make out with your boyfriend. It can lead to some pretty heavy stuff. However, I would say it is very normal. But my advise is don't let it go beyond kissing. And please, if you do let it go beyond that, use protection, against pregnancy and STDs.

U are only 13 don't rush. I mean it isn't that bad but remember one thing always leads to another, that is probably why your parents don't want you to do it.

You are going to get spanked if you an asian. We are never allowed to do that eg having sex before getting married. But my advice is that do not get further than kissing on the cheeks. Anything can happen.
