There isn't too much you can do because it will costs alot to sue even if you are in the right. Have a friend call to see what kind of references they are giving. If they are giving bad references - get the employment board to advise you and you might be able to win a judgement in small claims court. Plus you don't want potentional employers to hear bad things about you.
Good Luck!

First, you'll probably want to have a good cry or perhaps scream into a pillow.

Then, apply for unemployment benefits.

Next, update your resume.

Lastly, apply for every job you can.

Oh yeah, and in the next job, keep in mind office politics are impossible to avoid. They're just a fact of life. But you can make them work for you just by being your pleasant self who doesn't rub anybody the wrong way.

Stay out of gossip mills and don't take sides in disputes. But don't make others think you think you're above their petty politics, either. I didn't say it was easy.

Get a new job and keep your head down. There's no law against office politics.

1. Get a new job asap: get money to support your life
2. Self-mental treatment:
- put down all the hatred toward your colleages, enemies or
supervisors.
- learn to play office politics, buy a book, doesn't mean you
have to treat other badly, but to protect yourself in next job.
- Tell yourself, whatever happened to you is to make you
understand the reality, there's something you learned in
previous job, and you will not make same mistakes again or
believe what you have learned will bring you to a higher level
for your next job.

3. Get started to fix your life asap, no more cry, no more
moarning, no more self-pitty, god only helps those who helps
themself.

Best regards to you, Good Luck.

Try finding an on line job you can pick your own hours and you won't ever get fired. As long as you put your all in something you will get results. Good luck....
