Heat, try using a heating pad on your stomach and take a pain reliever like Tylenol or Ibuprofen (take as directed). If your cramps are period related it is best to take Ibuprofen and use the heating pad.

I eventually tried using digestive enzymes and eating more lean meats and proteins.Try to stay away from the quick carbs and snack foods.Wean yourself off of these by eating apples in between meals for snacks.The Granny's or tart apples should have less sugars. Water with lemon juice etc. Unless of course you have more serious problems then you should see your doctor for a check up.

by making sure you eat right and healthy and don't skipp your meals !
Now if you are sick wiyh the flu and get stomach cramps then just have some chicken noodle soup ! this will make you feel better

When I get stomach cramps I try sleeping and drinking water.it works for me.

calcium tablets such as tums will do the trick.take as directed.
