It's below the headlight. I'd refer to my manual but my ex has it.

I can't get to it from under the car because it sits within the bumper and it's way below the headlight so removing it wouldn't really bring me any closer either....any ideas?

There should be some screws around the blinker housing. Unscrew them and then you can take the light out from the back of the housing. If not open your hood and see if there are wires and a rubber gromet going to the light. twist the gromet and pull it out and the light should come out.

unscrew the bolts holding the light under the hood and take out the electrical part holding the bulb, remove bulb, replace. I would be careful also, because you can get pulled over for uneven headlights, so be careful when messing around

i own a repair shop,and you should be able to reach it from under the car ,i have changed a few of them like that before,all you have to do is turn the socket to get it out,but i think you can get it easier from the bottom of it,just take your time and im sure you,ll get it changed,,good luck with it,i hope this help,s.
