The penis is covered with skin and any skin will get pimples so don't think a pimple on your penis is STD or anything else other than what it is. I even had a boil on my penis - talk about sore!! Just keep yourself clean and practice safe sex and you will be ok.

The skin on your penis is too thin to have significant sebaceous glands, if you've got pimples there... geez man, see a doctor!
