This is a beautiful sentiment but sadly your definition is wrong.

Christmas actually means "the death of Christ" Christ means Christ , mass means bloody sacrifice

I had to do some real soul searching after finding and studying the following link.

I would think so . I think christmas is for the business opportunities to make more money off of people who think they have to buy gifts for everyone. Why not do it when you feel like and share all the time why wait for christmas? That would show more love than having it on the calendar just once a year.Or just getting together once that year for that reason.

CHRISTmas is anytime. It is a feeling. I told a group of teenagers in a church group years ago that it felt like Christmas. Some of them made fun of me because it was July. I felt it though. I have believed for years that Christmas can happen anytime.

I think that is a very good idea!

And to "RATRACER" I think you read a work of fiction.
Christ means "ANOINTED" Jesus is the Messiah...The Anointed one......And Mass means "FESTIVAL".
So it is a Festival to honor the Anointed One....Jesus.

A Blessed Christmas To all.................Everyday!!!!!
