if it is said that marital status is terminated on a certain date, can you get married the next day? example, if the court says that marital status is terminated on november 6th, can you already get married on the 7th? when can u get married after a marriage is terminated?

Depends on the laws where you live. Some states say you have to wait 6 months after the divorce is final. Find out what your state laws are.

If you're smart, you'll give yourself a year...time to grieve the loss of the marriage. No matter if your husband was Ghengis Kahn, it is still a loss, of hopes and dreams at least.
Of course, if you're determined to marry someone that quickly, it means you started the relationship while still married; good luck on that one.
