Unfortunatly no. 40% yes, 60% NO. But who cares everyone I know smokes it anyway and always will. In Denver possesion is only a small fine anyway. As long as you dont have more than a ounce its all good.

no but from what I understand getting caught with a small to a medium amount there is at worst--on the level of a parking ticket.
