Runaway Bride. I know that sounds cheesy, but it's the movie I always keep coming back to.
A close second is Frequency, with Jim Caviezel and Dennis Quaid. Always gets an emotional response.

The original Planet of the Apes movie. Saw it when I was just a kid. The previews on tv didn't show the apes talking...when they did it flippin' blew me away! You gotta remember I was about 10 at the time, and that was in the sixties...it was amazing for its time.
