If I wanted to know if someone was stalking me in cyberspace, how do I go about finding out without tipping them off? This is not someone who has access to my computer but would know how to hack in? Do I need a router to protect my IP address and what if it's too late?

Someone stalking you in cyber space?

Well, Mac definably needs spyware and virus protection. But, you need a firewall to block people from accessing your computer. Anti spyware wont stop hackers. But a good firewall will.

Everyone will say that Macs are impossible to break into, or that they are super secure, but in reality, they are just as easy as windows. And people are proving that now. They sent out 38 viruses and spyware, and Apple had to fix them. But, they only fixed 60% of the security flaws. And to this day, they haven't fixed them. Its funny, they proclaimed they were secure, then the next week they were hacked into.

But, since Macs are supposed to be secure, not many programs have been made. It will be difficult to find one thats free. Its not too late to stop someone from hacking in, just get a firewall.
