The 2 schools must play again-unless it's a 14 point margin of defeat. Look The Buckeyes or Wolverines will absolutely murder any other school in the National Title game. Rutgers???? Are you kidding me--a 24 point loss to either. Florida would get slaughtered--USC may score 3 times...maybe. If one is a field goal. These teams are elite---they are Filet Mignon-the rest of the top 10 is Bologna.

If Michigan wins, on the road at Ohio State by a field goal, there should not be a rematch. If Ohio State wins, at home, by a field goal, there should be a rematch. Either way, the National Championship game is next weekend with the "real" National Championship game turns into some sort of farce. USC lost to unranked Oregon State. Florida lost to Auburn and had to pull a block field goal out of their rears this week and had a one point win over Tennessee. Norte Dame has proved they couldn't beat Michigan. Rutgers? Please. Arkansas lost their buttes to USC.

It should still be the 2 of them, by "BCS" standards (he says with a laugh). Both of them are far and away the point leaders over the others, a close loss by one to the other (particularly a Michigan win) should see a rematch for all the marbles.
I hope it's a 1-point triple overime controversial win by Michigan, just to really mess everybody up and yet again prove the BCS is a joke.

No rematch. Florida or Arkansas, USC or Notre Dame, or Nebraska will be playing in the National Championship game. This is due to one main reason... Ohio State is going to beat the Piss out of Michigan on November 18th 2006 in the game of the century.
GO BUCKEYES!!!

If the rest of the BCS rankings stayed the same, Michigan would play USC.

To me if you are not a conference champion, you do not deserve to play in the game period and I don't care if it's by one point. That should be a rule for the title game that both teams are conference champs. I believe that there would be no rematch of the two and the winner would play Rutgers if they beat West Virginia as they would be deserving , USC if they beat Notre Dame or the SEC champion.

A clsoe game won by Michigan will probably give you a rematch. A win by either team that is 10 or more will give you USC or Florida assuming those two win out.
