1. Glass packs are not directional, so it will make no difference in the sound level.
2. Legality is a question that depends upon your locality. Where I live you can legally run open headers, where you live most likely not.
3. Why do you want to run a glasspack. They hurt performance and generally annoy people. Loud does not equal fast. Spend your money smart and run a turbo muffler.
