From what i've heard...Maco does not do a good job. Although their prices might seem attractive (especially in your situation), the actual paint job doesn't hold up for the years to come, and i could imagine through snow! Even if they offer the warranty, i wouldn't recommend going for it. Alltogether the paint job wouldn't look how they advertise it, or how you expect it. I found out the hardway (through earl scheib). it was hella weak! thats me and every other person that's dealt with maco and earl scheib. However, your experience might be different, it's all on the guy who ends painting/prepping your truck. But if your in the market for a new paint job search around first. Check other local shops and see what's up. Their prices might be a little higher, but the quality is mos definately better. or just tint the windows and buy some rims???

I wouldn't paint the truck at all. Just use the money for other stuff you want. Save that money so you can have a totally bad@$$ prom or something. You could get a xbox 360 or a new laptop. Hell just get you a few cans of spray paint and paint it yourself.

Buddy I don"t want to hurt your feelings but you had best learn to spell before you graduate, spend your money on education and paint the truck at a later date.

I detail cars & trust me you get what you pay 4 with macco .Save your $$, and if they tell you it has a paint sealent on it that will protect your paint ,it will but only for six months.Nothing stays on paint longer than six months. If a customer comes to me with a macco car I won't touch it.That paint just flakes off.
