Honestly, a different skill set for each so if you are comparing athletic abilities, let's get real. Most cricketers are not earning gadjillions of loot like MLBers so the type of athlete attracted to cricket is not as elite as baseball. Most top athletes in cricket playing nations would choose soccer or rugby first given the rewards.

It would take them awhile as, after all, it took Japan until 2006 to beat the American MLBers in the World Baseball Classic. Even the current tour of MLB All-Stars of Japan, the MLBers are thumping the NPBers of Japan.

baseball is a similar game to cricket but from the rules side both of the games are highly different. The cricket is a game that holds some rules that are not in the game of base ball and vice versa. So the players may not perform good. Players like Shahid Afridi, Sachin Tendulkar and Gayle can perform better in baseball because they are good hitters and hit the ball well with the base bat. Thank you!

No, the games aren't the same at all. I'm sure that some cricketers could do ok at baseball and vice versa but you couldn't just change games and beat the best in the world.

No chance. Same way if baseball players play cricket.

Even though these two games look similar, the dynamics are completely different. So you can't really compare.

Not at all as Base Ball is altogether a different game, where the shape of the Bat is also different.
