A couple layers, waterproof outer layer, waterproof shoes, head cover, maybe scarf.
Oh, and bring extra snacks and entertainment when you are in the airport... your flight will likely be delayed, if you're flying.
And yes... I'd guess about a >70% chance there will be snow.

it is usually pretty cold...we could get snow..sometimes get a light dusting at least by then..and we have had snow already...be prepared for anything...temps could be anywhere from 50...down to 0!
