Hold your head straight.

Keep your face still.

Think about your ears and try to identify the muscles that are "connected" to your ears. (If you make a wide smile and try to move whatever muscles are behind each corner of your mouth you can "find" your "ear muscles".)

Keep your face still and just work the "ear muscles" until you get your ears to move. With practice you can get them to move more and more (up to a point).

It isn't really flapping. Its just dramatic moving. It think flapping may require some kind of inborn anomaly, but I could be wrong.
