I care for personality mostly, but looks do help. Looks attract me to start a conversation but personality is what make me keep going and not walk away. If a girl looks good, but has a horrible attitude, she will probably end up getting used by alot of guys.

Personality is an arms length attribute. There must be physical attraction before your inner beauty emerges. So, what's cute in a girl? There are as many answers as there are men in the world. Your best bet, in my opinion, find your style and fine tune it as you go. I like a girl that brightens the room when she enters! You dont have to be a perfect girl to spark that perfect moment.
