Yeah raw needs more then 3 competotors for the ic title.

I would like it if they combined raw and smackdown, and leave ecw as the second brand. It got really boring when they separated.

i really don't think that they need a draft lottery. they all jump around from show to show anyway.

I don't think they did it this year because of doing up ECW again. But hopefully they will do it again next year.
