Generally speaking, most women have their period for about a week, and are then "Fertile" (able to get pregnant) for the last half of the second week, just before they ovulate (release the egg). Everyone is different of course, but that's the average. She can try Fertility Charting to learn her cycle and when she is fertile, but the short answer is, YES. If she ovulates within a few days of her period ending, then she can get pregnant on the last day of it.

Highly unlikely. But FYI, women do not ovulate on day 14 unless they have the testbook 28 day cycle (which is not the majority). Women ovulate 14 days BEFORE their next period is set to begin (for example, if a woman has a 35 day cycle, she probably ovulates on day 21). But if your wife's cycle is very short, or irregular and she happened to drop another egg, then it's possible.

Technically, yes, she could. The rhythm method is what you're asking about here - the wikipedia site i've linked you to has a diagram showing when she's most likely to get pregnant according to when she has her period.

Very unlikely. She'd have to ovulate on that day, which is highly unlikely, since most women ovulate around day 14.
