If your furnace is not working, then the diagnostic light should be blinking in a pattern. Check it against the table in the manuel. Mine didn't work one time because the ceramic thermocouple had a crack in it. So no electricity flowed through it and it didn't get hot enough to ignite the gas.

It's troubling that your furnace is blowing out cool air. Is it an old furnace? If there is a problem with furnace, a small computer inside the furnace should tell it to stop doing anything at all, including blowing cool air.

Call the manager of your trailer park and have him come and look at it.
It sounds like the ignition switch / heating element might be bad, it’s a $30 part and is easy to install.
This heats up a coil that ignites the gas.

Maybe the pilot light went out.
Or maybe you inadvertantly flipped on the central A/C switch.

If it's the pilot light, follow the directions in the furnace instruction book. Turn the knob to OFF and wait 5-10 minutes for the gas to dissipate before you try to light it again.

Any number of things.

Does it operate with a pilot light? The pilot light may have gone out.

Tripped a breaker? Check the breaker box. Electronic lighters need electricity.

Check the owners manual for troubleshooting tips, or visit the web site of the manufacturer for things to look for.

Go downstairs and check if there is a fire going on. Usually, if there is no fire to blow, it will only blow cold air.

Use a screw driver , and open the furnace. Check if the pilot is on, If there was a recent windstorm in your area, the wind could have blown off the pilot. Just relight it.

Check the pilot light. Has to be lit. If it won't stay lit, could be the thermocouple. Might also be the thermostat.
