I've heard of a lot of men, gay and straight, having nicknames for their naughty bits. I'm a woman, but I've always wanted to call mine "Celine" or "Justine", some -ine, for some odd reason. Or, to be clever and cute, Felix (as in felix that cat, ya know).

Personally as a hetero I haven't heard this. But why not call yours "naughty bits"? Frank is so....common?

I don't know very many straight OR gay men who name them, except for in jest. The names don't stick after the joke ends.

I knew a guy once that called his "Mr. Winky". I can't even begin to tell you how horrible we were to him. He should have never told his friends, we were merciless.
