First Gentleman sounds classier than First Man or First Husband. To keep referring to them as "President Clinton and Former President Clinton" would start to get old. That being said, I think the White House stationary would use a lot of first names.
Then again, Hillary could always go back to her maiden name, just to avoid the confusion. I'd respect that.

His official title would probably be "First Gentleman" if Senator Clinton became President.
While most etiquette books condemn the practice, former presidents are commonly addressed as "Mr. President." Their White House invitations would be interesting:
The President and President Clinton
request the pleasure of the company of
The Honorable John Doe
at a reception to be held at the
White House
etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc

Well First Gentleman is okay, but I don't think that's very suiting for more reasons than one.
I think he would still be addressed as former President Clinton.
Sir Clinton is too royal.
I'm thinking...

Don't call him nothing. Leave him alone. He was a good President and does not deserve to be continually dogged on.
If he is appointed the First Man in the White House , he should be Respected. Call him Mr. Clinton. That is the problem here in America, to much criticism. Pick, pick, pick, pick, till there is nothing else to pick on.

Sir!
Your question wasn't clear, but since everyone is "assuming" you mean "when Hillary becomes President," I'd like to just call him, Mr. Clinton. Or his official title, Former President Clinton. Works for me.

Considering the fact that Hillary will never win the White House, it will never be an issue. I'll still call him a slime ball regardless of where he is or what he's doing. As for Hillary, she would make this country the laughing stock of the world. OH WAIT!!! She already did when she "stood by her man". Let's hope the American people have more sense than that!!!
