Don't even listen to that guy who calls him pastor sauce. A lot of women do loose some weight while they are pregnant because of morning sickness and eating healthier. I wouldn't try any crash diets but just eat the right foods.
Congradulations!!

Your doctors will tell you when you get pregnant that they'd prefer you not to gain more than 20 -25 lbs tops throughout the pregnancy. Don't necessarily diet but eat healthy and get plenty of exercise in. I was overweight when I got pregnant and the only change in my diet was that I was munching all the time instead of eating 3 big meals. I lost 20 lbs my first trimester and by the end of my third I had gained it all back plus 12 lbs so I technically only gained 12 lbs during my pregnancy and my dr's were very proud. I honestly didn't do it on purpose and I thought there was no way I was only going to gain 20 lbs! Don't push it or try to diet just make sure you're eating enough for you and your baby and you're eating the right stuff. Eat what you crave too...they say your body craves what it needs so eat whatever you're craving! Best of luck!

This is really one best left to your doctor. You and the baby will both be better off with a healthy diet and exercise, and you will recover MUCH quicker if you are able to keep up some form of exercise as long as you can up to the delivery date. It's never a good idea to try to lose weight though while pregnant. Some weight loss is normal for some people. For others it can indicate health issues. Always err on the side of caution though when dealing with pregnancy. Congratulations!!!

That depends on your doctor-- I was happy with my weight when I first got pregnant and asked if I could do light exercise so I could maintain my figure. He told me no, because exercising produces some hormone that could affect my cervix. Then, when I lost 5 lbs right off the bat (unintentionally) he fussed at me. If I was you, I would just wait until after the baby is born, you are going to gain weight anyway during pregnancy. Why not go an a healthy food and exercise kick after your baby is born and lose all you want?

It is ok to exercise but don't try to lose weight. The baby needs the nutrients from the weight that you put on. it is normal to gain 30-35 lbs during pregnancy. You can still eat healthy but make sure you get enought nutrients for your baby. Also take your pre-natal vitamins. Also i conceived my baby when I was over 50 lbs over weight. I am supposed to be around 135 lbs but I conceived both my kids around 185 lbs.

this is not okay to foodstuff recurring. even though this is easily okay to start a existence kind exchange of ingesting healthful and doing wellbeing practitioner authorized workout. this won't be going to produce weight exchange for you and it will possibly not. you like greater energy now and you shouldn't be hectic concerning the income(that's inevitable). this is problematic, yet you have been obese previously the toddler, what's a sprint longer? that's attainable to foodstuff recurring after, exceedingly in case you breastfeed and seek for suggestion from a doctor at a similar time as your weight-reduction plan. only make certain you're healthful and not deprieving your self now.

Healthy diet and excercise is good during pregnancy...but not deliberately for the idea of 'loosing wieght' what you'll want to do is not worry about loosing wieght as much as not putting more on. Remember, your baby gets her nutrients and fat through your food intake first. A baby will only tap into your stores of fat for fat, not nutrients.

Talk to your doctor about what plan is right for you.
