Make them go to the mirror and use acne cream. They will go away.

It happens when they are doing poorly in school and life in general. Make them exercise and get their grades up. Besides like real life, Sims get pimples

Yes u do have a big problem. This might ruined ur whole data base. Uninstall it and then install it back. This might have to cause to restart from the first level.

try typing this cheat in "boolprop_testValue.pimple_teen" there might be an "= true" after it i don't remember
