My boyfriend and I set a 25 dollar limit this year for christmas. I was planning on making a homemade scrap book but what else, he gave me the idea of books and he told me of a place where you can get them for a dollar or a couple dollars, anybody know where this website would be that I can get these books?? or any other ideas would be great. Thank you!

as for the pagan holiday comment... neither of us go to church we do it not out of a big celebration but a time to think about each other, consider that and we are not thinking it as a huge need to spend a bunch of money.. hence the 25 dollar budget must be creative

Setting a $25 limit was a great idea. Most people go so far overboard. Your scrapbook idea is fantastic. Something home made has far more value.
I can't think of a website where you can get books quite that cheap but try Half Price Books (a local bookstore) or Amazon.com. The website below has a store locator.

Sorry, I don't know the website, but I have a few ideas. Instead of getting books, why not make a CD for him. All you need is a blank CD, his favorite tunes and a CD burner.
If not, you can create a book of coupons for things like his pick on a movie rental, watching his favorite sports team or playing video games with him.
Or you could always go with the scrapbook idea.

www.half.com It's awesome, you can get books, cd's movies, all that kinda stuff for a great price and shipping is dirt cheap. I think that scrapbook idea is cute, but Im not sure its something most guys would really appreciate. I may be wrong, I don't know him, but Its not something I would do.

no, you dont give your boyfriend money, and you dont give him a gift card, go with the scrapbook idea, maybe get him some of his favorite things, does he have a fav super hero? if so get him a t-shirt of them, does he like any particular candy? if so give him a kingsize bar wrapped in love, be creative come on this should be fun

This place (www.hatleynature.com) has some really cute and original tshirts, aprons etc. some of them are really funny, i ordered them and they are really good quality too, plus in their sale section you can get some good deals.
