A bun cover is like a hairnet that goes over your ballet bun. They probaly would'nt allow this because some are brightly colored, and some have scrunchies around sewn around them. hope this heped!

You can buy the proffesional brand known as bunheads at any ballet store.
I prefer to buy the chearper generic kind. they are pretty much the same quality and can be found in almost any drugstore.
Generally you buy a color that matches your hair. Currently I believe the colors out are:
blonde
light brown
dark brown
red
black

any dance store , like costumes and dance wear, or the dance section at walmart, or they may just wrap a hair net around their bun a bunch of times( lasts longer)
I have used all three methods.

If there's a Thomas Moore near you then go there!! Hope it helps. If not, then you can just go to a place that sells like leotards and stuff they normally sell them there. Or you can get them from Dance Direct too. They're great!!

I would think that most dancewear places would sell them. My dance studio had a dancewear store attached to it so that's where I normally bought all my stuff. Maybe you should try asking you instuctor or another girl in you class.

They're Bunheads brand hairnets and they come in colors to match your hair. Here's a link to one place that sells them. They're very fragile, though, so you'll need several because they do rip.
