If you are on a diet, forget about Taco Bell.

Taco Bell is a tough one -- I had to give it up when dieting since most of the food is high in calories. I found the chicken soft taco to be about the best choice. However, you can see all of the nutritional information for your favorites at http://www.tacobell.com It will ruin it for you if you look, though. I will never eat a taco salad again.

I usually get 2 crunchy tacos with no cheese. It's about 300 calories or 6 Weight Watcher points. And then get a bottle of water or a Diet Pepsi. They also have pinto beans which are really filling and about 150 per serving.

Absolutely not. Taco Bell is sh!t. All fast food is sh!t. You knew that before you asked it, I'm sure. Look - you're supposed to eat chicken, fish, vegetables, egg whites, whole grains, and fruit -- some occasional lean red meat is o.k. Fast food is never good for you. It's a snack once in a while at best, or a tide you over meal if you have no place else to go (like traveling long distance or something).

OK...I work there, so I should know! When you go to Taco Bell you can order anything "fresco" style. This removes creamy sauces, sour cream, and cheese then replaces it with a fiesta salsa. The healthiest food item you can order is a chicken soft taco fresco style. Try out www.tacobell.com! It has a cool nutritional information area that allows you to plan out your whole meal! It allows to to minus stuff off or get extras or have several items, then calculates you're total intake of everything.

Don't eat at Taco Bell.

Fast food is food of the devil. NOTHING at Taco Bell is going to be low on calories. It's jam packed with trans fat (causes cancer) loads of colestrol (causes heart disease) sodium (causes high blood pressure) etc. Make your own tacos at home and it will be ALOT healthier. Espically if your on a diet.

Yeah, just avoid taco bell and all fast "food" places all together. Once you don't have it for a while you won't even want it...trust me. I know because I have experienced this. Fast Food is a drug...this is no joke. Just eating regular home cooked food will allow you to loose weight. Walk alot too.
