I think is not an actual person reading at thousands of questions, I'm guessing is some computer software that let say if the question gets certain number of reports they delete the question, don't think they take the time to read it. just my guess

Some don't they take it to serious theses joke. This one was deleted.

i'm sure they do laugh, but the boss wouldn't be to happy with them if they don't delete. there must be a quota for deleting questions, or something.
