How can I download flash games to my psp?

I went to Psp on me .com
but when I clikc on the download sign nothing happens the game begins,but it does not download!

The download if for when you are using the PSP online. If you are using the PC then you will want to right click to download target and then manually save the files to the same folder that you download the offline launcher to.
