I just googled "i killed a fly and it scream"
I just sprayed a fly and it really made a sound like it was screaming. But it was probably the sound of the wings. It really sounded like a scream. I was shocked. I hope it wasn't in pain or anything like that.

my aunt's cat does the same thing. it can be alseep in another room and will show up and squeek at you when you kill flies. If you just smack the swatter on the table it doesn't squeek at you. So they must make some sort of noise when they die.

No.

They have no throats, no larnyx's (or any equivalent). They breath, like all insects, through tubes in their thorax and abdomen.

no, flies have no vocal chords, so they can't scream at you.
