It doesn't have to be a facial feature, it can be a body feature right?? Choose someone with TONS of tattoos on their body and write about that. Plus you can find a lot of information in books about what tattoos reveal about a person and how their nonverbal communication helps us understand them. Just off the top of my head-Tommy Lee has a lot of tattoos.
