with your size ... which isn't very big its very difficult to tell you which position to play at unless i know what kind of division your school plays in. Ex. 1a,2a,3a,4a,5a,6a, or mabey 8man football ... i dont think your fast enough or big enough for the DE position ( you really need to get the 40 speed figured out because theres A LOT between 5.0 and 5.4) the DE's at my school average around 6ft 190lbs and run around a 4.7 ... when being a lineman you need a good bench but more importantly a good Squat ... i know what a leg press is but squats are a whole lot better of a weightlifting technique ... if your school has weightlifting like mine then you may want to get in the weight lifting room ... if you dont bench much you may have trouble with being a lineman ... so i would overall from the stats that you've given me put you at FB ... but then again most of seeing what position you need to try out for would be seeing you perform.

DE, you dont have to be that big, though you should work on getting faster if u dont have much bulk. You could also try MLB.
