Your breasts are sore due to Hormonal changes during pregnancy cause increased blood flow and changes in the breast tissue, which may make your breasts feel swollen, sore, tingly, and unusually sensitive to touch. Some women describe the sensation as an exaggerated version of how their breasts feel before their period.
Breast tenderness is one of the earliest signs of pregnancy. It usually starts around 4 to 6 weeks and lasts through the first
trimester.
Pregnancy symptoms kick in immediately. Check out these web sites though. They give you some very detailed, the one even gives it week by week, info.

Depends on the person. Yes, you can have breast tenderness early on (I know mine were really sore for the first month). As for "pregnancy effects" everything is different for every woman. Some go through nausea throughout the entire pregnancy, some never have it. Some never get sore breasts, some have montly spotting. You can have little to no effect one day and the next day you feel everything (back pain, nausea, smell sensitivity, etc).

Yes. They more then likely are. Back, Neck, and Shoulder Pains These are common side effects of pregnancy, muscles tend to ache. Slightly Sharp Stomach Pains (lower & upper) & Cramping This is the fertalized embryo implanting itself to your uterus. Uuhm, like a caterpillar looking for a good spot to cacoon into a butterfly. : ) Gas Mine were and are like little air bubbles. lol. Another common symptom of pregnancy. [Do to hormone changes, you will have gas, nausea, watery mouth, alot of discharge, headaches, feverish feeling, reaction to temperature changes] It sounds like you are pretty early on. Your pg hormone levels are barely accumulating. So that is why the tests have been coming out neg. Though more then likely don't get disappointed if the blood test comes out negative too. Because if hormone levels aren't high enough to see in your urine, they might not show in your blood yet either. If you continue to have these symptoms wait off for about another week to get an ultrasound, which will definitaly give you an accurate answer if you're far enough along (being 3-5 weeks along).

It started for me in the 5th week of pregnancy--one week after missing my period. But some women never get the breast tenderness. And some don't get it until the very end. Everyone is different.

Most women don't start getting symptoms until about 3-4 weeks. It sometimes starts with a tenderness or swelling of the breasts, but most women experience nausea or fatigue first.

Usually around weeks 4-6 women will start getting morning sickness, but some women doesn't get sick at all. If you do get morning sickness, try eating soda crackers.Keep some by your bed and eat them before you get up.
