she is 13 and still has no breasts, she has tiny buds but not big to motice she has any.....she wants to know if its normal? she also has not started her period and wants to know if thats normal too? please help her!

She is only 13. Some girls dont start developing untill 15 or 16. As far as breasts tell her dont worry about them right know,she does not need to impress any one. Most girls that are developed at this age have eaten unknowing in there food, steriods. Before she knows it she will grow. She might be wanting her period to start but she does not need to worry untill she is 17 then worry .

Perfectly normal. But you still may want to go see a doctor just to make sure everything is the way is should be.

Yep! normal untill around age seventeen. then she might want to see a doctor about hormone supplements.

hey gal, dnt wori.. its normal. evn mine started only at the age of 16. its differs frm body to body nd ur hormones. so juss chill nd b patient.

yup, both are totally normal! she just hasn't gone through puberty yet. i was the same thing until i was 14, and then i got my period and "filled out".
