she is 13 and still has no breasts, she has tiny buds but not big to motice she has any.....she wants to know if its normal? she also has not startes her period and wants to know if thats normal too? please help her!

Very normal. Everyone develops differently, I was 15 when I got all my parts. I've known girls who didn't until they were 17. It's a very difficult age for a girl to be, but reassure her that womenhood is worth the wait.

Yes to both questions.

Girls develop at different rates. Everyone is different. Some are late bloomers and don't get their periods until they're 17. Tell her not to worry. She has time yet.

Well I'm not a girl, but I have a 13 year old daughter.We do not discuss such between us, that would be awkward.My wife lets me in on most things and my daughter is going through the same thing so I guess its normal.Hope it helps.
